Just because they can assume power with guns and jails, doesn't mean they are established by God. That said, robbing a local bank is not only stupid, but does nothing to the bigger criminals who have exerted this control. Law enforcement are just trying to make a buck doing their job.

I have a challenge. FOr everyone who has gotten behind on their chase cards and is getting 20 phone calls a day (I'm not one) let's all put our heads together and call chase every half an hour.
