I dunno if it's a racial thing.. I've seen stupid from all parts of the world. Stupid comes from every form of the planet. No race is the exception to the rule. That's why there is a need for warning labels such as 'Do not check fuels with a lit match' or 'This tool is not recommended for use in dental work' on a rotary tool.

Even a cow can be vicious, if you get anywhere near ones calf it will run you down. And bulls are just plain mean most of the time.
