Pretty easy, if one robot goes against the other, then they'll both just stand still. Or if they actually move, it'll always be Rock - Rock, rock - rock, rock - rock... Since both of them will only react to whatever the other is doing, and "since the other is always rock, i'm always rock" and they'll rock on! They're also a chance one of them glitches and does something different.. You never know.

highasfukkkzI bet what it does is see what the person is going to pick, kinda predict, and then make a split-second decision and select. It's only a 1/3 chance of winning, which is a pretty high probability.
